UX360 Virtual: Help
System Requirements
For alternative mobile access, the Bizzabo mobile app is available for iOS and Android. Search for Bizzabo in your app store. Once installed, log-in with your UX360 ticket and/or the Email address you used when registering for the event. Please note that you cannot watch the live sessions via this app.
Here is a PDF for whitelisting IPs, ports, and URLs that could potentially block you from viewing content due to your firewall / security settings.
Please enable cookies and set your browser permissions (video and camera) if you want to actively participate in the conference sessions.

Virtual Participation
You have to be signed in with your ticket number or the smart link provided to you in order to join or watch a session.
To join each session live or on-demand you have to enter the venue. To enter simply click on the green venue banner on top of the website. You cannot join the sessions via the agenda page!
You are welcome to participate live during our session Q&As. To ask a question or make a comment click on “ask to speak” on the top right hand corner of the screen. When your camera and microphone are enabled you will see a green button “Enter session”. Click this and we can then you live onto the virtual stage.
You can also participate in the group chat that will be available for each session.
In the community you can send messages to other participant and also meet 121 in live video chats.
During our networking breaks (and throughout the conference) our Gather networking space will be open for group interactions and networking. Click here to enter directly. No additional sign up is required.
