Kathryn has more than 20 years experience in marketing and UX research, digital strategy, and product design. She currently leads research for Warner Music Group, developing digital products for global recording artists, indie labels, and fans. Prior to joining Warner Music, Kathryn led Integrity Research for Instagram, where she was responsible for user safety and the AI and machine learning algorithms guiding feed ranking, search and recommendations. Kathryn has spoken on the topics of UX research, digital strategy, social media safety, and AI at universities and conferences all over the world. She is excited to discuss the Future of UX Research at UX360!

Gavin has over 20 years UX research, strategic planning, and consumer research experience. During that time he has led research and strategy projects for a broad range of products, services, and industries including hospitality, consumer packaged goods, pharmaceuticals, healthcare enterprise tools, education, and financial services. Gavin joined Hyatt Corporation in 2021and leads a talented team UX design researchers focused on helping create world-class experiences for both guests and colleagues. Gavin has spoken on the topics of UX research, digital strategy, research methods, and cross-functional collaboration conferences across the globe.

Tino Klaehne is a seasoned innovation expert specializing in Strategic Innovation & Intelligence. He decodes emerging futures and creates agenda-setting insights. Currently, he is building strategic intelligence for the Lufthansa Group.
A designer by training, Tino also holds an MBA in Innovation & Business Creation from the Technical University Munich. Before joining Lufthansa, Tino led design teams at renowned design studios and companies across all Design Thinking and Doing phases. He has gained extensive cross-industry experience ranging from consumer electronics to public transportation across products, software, and services.

Megan Rotkowitz is a creative powerhouse with a Bachelor of Arts from Rhode Island College (2017) and a knack for blending artistry with strategy. Beginning professionally as a graphic design intern, she transitioned into a full-time graphic and web designer, creating marketing materials and discovering a passion for user experience. At Propark, she’s climbed the ranks from UX/UI Designer to Creative Director, crafting websites, brands, logos, guiding a specialized creative team, and collaborating on tech innovations.
When not managing websites or identifying fonts in the wild, she loves hiking with her three dogs and partner, practicing yoga, and mastering life in The Sims. She’s an active member of Women of Propark and a past speaker for aspiring designers. Her creative energy is as boundless as her love for dogs and good typography.

Elena Svergunenko serves as the UX Research Director at Xsolla, a global leader in video game commerce. She leads a dedicated team of UX researchers, employing diverse methodologies to enhance customer experiences and fuel product innovation. With a focus on strategic alignment, Elena develops cross-functional processes that streamline collaboration and deliver measurable value for both users and businesses in the dynamic gaming industry.

Rodrigo de Mingo is the Chief of User Experience at Dubai Municipality, one of the major government authorities in Dubai, with a demonstrated track record of achievement working for leading global companies across the Middle East, United States and South America on award winning digital agencies like MRM//McCann and also on top corporate companies such as Sony Corporation and Toyota. Since moving to the UAE in 2013, he worked creating impressive digital experiences in United Arab Emirates for the Centre of Excellence for Applied Research (CERT), Higher Colleges of Technology, Naval College, Police School, IELTS, Abu Dhabi Ports, Maqta Gateway, CERT Telematics, Space Agency and Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) where he was part of the creation of the innovative CX Lab. With over 15 years of experience as a professional Digital Designer and Project Manager Rodrigo specializes in service design, product development, and mobile applications. His day-to-day focuses on strategic planning, user research, benchmarks, AI, data analysis, project management, UI, UX, and CX.
